No User shall directly contact the owner, lessor or principal of any property for which NYR holds a listing. This Website shall not be copied, distributed, linked or otherwise exploited without the express written permission of NYR first obtained. Any permitted use of this Website shall be in full and complete conformity and compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations pertaining thereto.
2. No Warranties. All content on this Website has been researched and compiled by NYR from sources believed to be reliable; however, NYR makes no warranties of any description concerning any content appearing therein. NYR shall not be liable for errors, omissions, typographical errors or other irregularities of content. Listings may be subject to withdrawal, prior sale or rental, or other change, without notice. User shall rely solely upon information furnished by the seller or lessor of the property under discussion in acting or not acting upon such property and not upon any information appearing in this Website or otherwise furnished by NYR. All documents governing the terms of sale or lease of any property shall be governed exclusively by the purchase agreement, offering plan, prospectus, lease or other transactional document between User and the third party, and not upon information contained in this Website or provided by NYR.
3. Limitation of Liability. NYR shall not be responsible for any damages (direct, indirect, consequential or special) arising out of the use of this Website.

This Website and all content therein, in every form and format, is the exclusive property of NYR or its third party content providers ands protected by United States and international copyright laws. The name “New York Residence” and its logo, are registered trademarks and may not be used in connection with any product or service which is not offered by NYR.
